Abandoned bikes taking parking space
Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7548801.
These 3 bikes have been here for almost a year and clearly abandoned. They take parking space which means there is not enough place for us to lock our bikes. Thanks.
