Park rangers leaving flashing lights on all night right outside our bedroom window

I live at 4 Leagrave Street and the park rangers in the enclosure directly facing our bedroom window very frequently leave the flashing lights on in the truck parked by our garden wall. This has happened several times before and is very unpleasant.
