Disgusting litter outside and opposite Micky's chippy

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7538821.

This problem will never be resolved will it - foxes splitting bags open during the night and people just throwing litter on to the bags/pile of rubbish on the corner. I filled a black bag of litter myself the other day. PLEASE DO SOMETHING!!!
