The rubbish wasn’t collected

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7497469.

The bins were not collected which caused an overflow at the property. Also when the bins are emptied the bin men leave the bins on the pavement. Most of the houses do not take the bins back in, which makes it hard to walk on the pavement.
