Bins and rubbish on pavement.

The bins are continually over flowing and on pavement. The rubbish is spread all over street and comes into my front garden including nappies and wipes.

    Bins are still there with additional rubbish being added and also a new pile in the road outside 66 Kyverdale rd. The rubbish collection came this week on Weds and the bins were emptied.
