Dip in the pavement means there is always a puddle even when it's dry

It's been like this all year if not longer. If it's been raining the puddle fills the entire pavement and people either squeeze past on the most shallow bit at the edges, walk in the road or jump over it. None of these option are very appealing when you're 6 months pregnant and walking with a buggy and a 2 year old. Walking against the traffic on the right hand side of Brooke Road it's just before you cross Bayston Road

Looks like the water is sometimes cleared as the puddle isn't always there. The dip in the pavement is still there though so often it is full of water
