Lime bikes travelling at high speeds

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7333493.

The speeds at which electric bikes travel through Clissold Park is unnacceptable and extremely dangerous. Other parks restrict the speed of electric bikes & lime bikes, as they are restricted outside schools, this needs to be done before someone is killed
