1-14 patten house building has not had a good clean in years

The hygiene and cleaning in 1-14 patten house is disgusting the people who clean the buildings don’t bother cleaning from top to bottom and they focus on the ground floor with their brooms no bleach has ever been used only cold water and dirty mop
