Dear local area manager could you please explain why Hackney council have left residence, lease holder since last year to now without no public lighting on the Trowbridge estate making residents feel insecure and unsafe. Hackney Council are causing ill health to residents.why are residents paying service charges for communal lighting on the estate.when we don't receive it. Long as Hackney Council pockets are lined with cash no investment on the estate. Allowing anti-social behavior and criminal activity.
