People camping at night

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7309032.

People camping at nightime inside the reservoir, they have a tent and they come in and out using the gate on Lordship road which doesn't have a lock. Looks like they are carrying "dodgy" business from there. They been doing this for about three weeks or so
