Local garage team Randall Kerry could you please address this issue which has been going on for two years now leaseholders and residents pay their rent on their rented garages and you do not get any of the jobs or issues fixed. Barrier gate lock has been broken for a long time therefore the gate is not fixed shut causing a hazard.Barrier gate is unfixed to post and not strapped shut therefore left to swing back and forth to the point it nearly hits residents members of the public and vehicles when driving in to garage and have to speed up to avoid the barrier gate from swinging into the car. Also you like to lease garage to people who don't pay their rent and cause antisocial behavior like the local travelers & a few residents that you are already aware of. Also for a number of years there has been a group of residents breaking into garages rent free causing anti-social behavior and distressed to other leaseholders who rent garages from you. Can you please reassure leaseholders you are going to deal with these issues. Why should the good leaseholder pay their rent when you have all this anti-social behavior happening.
