Groups of people between 10 and 20 all day and most of the night drinking and taking drugs on the street and blocking the footpath their cars are blocking the road and cycle path, this is every day this has been going on over a year and it getting worse, this off licence is opened late at night attracting antisocial behavior to local residents. There is large groups range from 20,30,40, Nigerians, jamaican's, young teenagers selling drugs drinking alcohol on the public streets sitting on the walls all Hours, residence feel unsafe of a night. The local Turkish off licence has become a community hub for anti-social behavior. Hackney Council enforcement teams need to patrol or stick up CCTV. This has been going on for over two years now and nothing has been addressed.
