To whom it concerns. I am a local resident and I'd lived nearby my neighbors at 22 Mallard close E9 5JL keep having late night little parties smoking cannabis but the main issue is the open bonfire in the back garden. The smoke was coming into my nearby house causing me to cough and feel unwell and also the smell of the horrid drugs. If someone at the the council address this issue.
