Local area manager could you please address this issue somebody has thrown a dozen eggs on a residence van. He lives at Beanacre Cl,E9 and he is illegally parking his vans in lavington car park without correct permit because the vehicles are not registered to them. Vans are coming and going all hours causing disturbance to surrounding residents . Also the van owner has chucked plates down the drains near the vehicle.

persons have checked Egg at his vehicle which has caused a bit of mess on the public floor which needs cleaning. This is antisocial behavior need addressing.
