Food dump by tree outside 7 Somerfield Rd

For a few weeks there have been several overnight dumpings of food waste by the pavement tree outside 7 Somerfield. Not only is it horrible to look at but it attracts vermin. It needs to be cleared up as soon as is feasible. Sometimes it takes days before

    This issue has not been resolved 48 hours on. Could you direct one of the street cleaning team to sort it out immediately please. A rat has been seen at the scene and more food waste has been added which will make the problem greater!
