Littering and wrong bis being left in he wrong place.

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7252950.

Bins are being left outside on the road and outside the entrance to the building that are not supposed to be there as there are located areas for them. rubbish is also being left on the ground.

This issue has been going on for a number of weeks
