Rubbish not being collected properly

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7236941.

Last week, none of my rubbish was collected (including food waste bin). This week, only the green bags on top of the black bin have been collected. Binmen don't appear to have even opened the black bin, which is now overflowing with green & normal waste
