  Both the pictures of the bins which you have not removed for years and the consistent fly tpping of rubbish and wooden pallets. As you can see the last picture shows the LB Hackney lorry leaving the pallets behind. Yes we all know what you are going to say you use different lorry's for different waste at our own expense as we pay the council tax. One way of reducing our council tax bills is to reduce waste and inefficiency throughout the council including reducing the workforce, spreading the cost with other councils and getting rid of managers who just pass on the work via email to different departments - what a waste !!!!
