Constant noise/smell from drain cleaners

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7172149.

There is a sewer truck that has been turning up here several times a day causing lots of noise, smell and disruption. They turn up at all hours, even in the middle of the night and early morning which wakes me up (I work night shifts). Stop it!
