Littering problem Entrance 15-28 Patten House - pool of water

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7167918.

Since yesterday, there has been a pool of water at the entrance, creating a significant slipping hazard for residents and visitors. The area is extremely slippery.
