Staff smoking inside of cinema

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7148911.

On my visit to the Rio on 17/02/25 I went to the toilets on the first floor . And there were 3 members of staff 1 of which was smoking a self made roll up cigarette. Whilst the second was rolling a cigarette up. They made no effort to hide this from me
