Criminals that operate in the area are aware of the CCTV camera therefore the hackney council and local police will say there is no anti-social behavior taking place at this location in the report because the criminals are not going to do antisocial behaviour and criminal activity when they know the camera is above their head on a lamp post watching. This scheme is controlled by commissioner of the metropolitan police service. The local metropolitan police commissioner have never cared for the public safety & hackney council for five years allowing this anti-social behavior to take place and criminal activity all of a sudden they do.The local hackney council and metropolitan police should be a little bit more professional,discrete,sensitive and covert surveillance operations.There is no point of Hackney Council safer neighborhood police doing surveillance now unless the hackney council and metropolitan police are going to leave the CCTV camera all year round as a deterrent which will bring peace to residents and the poor, innocent victims of crime will still be happening but at a different location, neighbourhood, Street, city, town, you are displacing the antisocial behavior and criminal activity.The metropolitan commissioner has only stuck one CCTV camera up is commissioner sir Mark Rowley going to stick cameras all around the Trowbridge estate because it's just not one location this multiple. If hackney council and metropolitan police want to catch this anti-social behavior and organize crime you have to do covert surveillance operations without the criminals knowing you have installed a CCTV camera which defeats the obligation and purpose wasting resources and money at the end of the day the local Hackney Council and metropolitan police are only going to this displace this anti-social behavior and criminal activities to another neighborhood or streets not solving the problem.Metropolitan police and Hackney Council have good intentions but badly planned and executed. The local metropolitan police had all the Intel and evidence they needed for their operation to give the criminals the element of surprise but now they are aware of the metropolitan police is operation.Well done.
