Hackney council managers Simon Priscilla and Denise Corbin are not addressing these issues leaving residents to suffer ill health,upkeep of the estate buildings and Hackney homes of residents and leaseholds in disrepair falling to bits. roof gutter's blocked overflowing for years causing leaks. Large cracks in concrete in communal areas. Concrete pebbles falling on residents heads. Parts of the concrete ceiling falling down on residence. problems in residence homes and leaseholders.Residents without hot water and heating in their properties for years with severe health conditions. Residence and leaseholders have the using electric heaters to keep warm because the heating system and hot water system is not efficient for their properties outdated 1990.Outdated heating systems what need updating residents suffering on the Trowbridge estate. Hackney council are then updating the heating system.when residents move out or passed away dead because they know it is illegal and wrong what they're doing.Residence and leaseholders double glazed windows are all blown,large gaps in the seals of Windows,Windows falling out, rotten window frames falling to bits Hackney council just do bodge up jobs because they don't want to pay for the work to be done properly.Damp and mould in people's properties and asbestos is being found in the properties on the Trowbridge estate. Hackney council are keeping that information to theirselves and not informing residents and leaseholders of the asbestos being found. Hackney council are only tackling that asbestos when people are moving out the property or have passed away and died and then the flat gets handed back to Hackney council then they start to do the work before the new tenant moves in to the home. Resident should seek legal action and advice..

    Their opening times are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Fridays – 9am to 5pm and Wednesday – 9am to 4pm.

    They also have an out of office hours number to report emergency repairs to the out of hours team on 02083562300.
