Recycling service leaving lots of rubbish behind

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7117032.

The last few weeks the recycling people are just rushing through the street (Holmleigh Rd), leaving behind loads of rubbish, leaving the street in one big MESS. besides the streets needing to look clean, this could spread viruses etc.
