Car park closed for 4 months without proper signage or notice

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7115518.

The car park has been closed for 4 months with no obvious reason, no communication with the tenants, and nothing telling the tenants when it will back, there is disabled parking bay which the tenant can not use this unacceptable.
