Local area manager could you please address this issue of a resident having modifications landscaping done in her garden at 06 Brinkworth Way, which is causing antisocial behavior and nuisance to leaseholders who lease and rent garages from Hackney council. There is cement and sand that is getting into the drainage system outside the rented garages of Hackney council causing issues to leaseholders garages and sewer system with cement and sand environment health.
