Merriam Ave, London E9 5NE.Dear Simon Priscilla Hackney council manager and antisocial behavior department/could you please address this issue of this poor innocent homeless English person who is sleeping at the back fire escape exit of the Trowbridge doctors surgery. He may need some mental health supports and advice to be pointed in the right direction. He has a drug addiction and cannot access the basic facilities such as a toilet Therefore his urinating and pooing around the Trowbridge estate which is anti-social behaviour which you are quite an expert in that department. It's unfair on leaseholders and residents and families that live in the area. From what residence here is that Simon Priscilla the local Hackney council housing manager has quite a portfolio of properties he has built up over the years maybe he could have a kind heart and helped this person and offer him a home in one of his many properties. Instead of pretending to be a housing officer and doing nothing driving around in your lovely BMW X5. You never know you could be in his shoes one day. Simon Priscilla also would not like this anti-social behavior happening outside his property. Do your job and duty that you get paid for.Dear local aerial manager Simon Priscilla,Denise Corbin can you please address this issue of antisocial behavior outside near Hackney Wick station. Two homeless people squatting in front of HW station. There are two homeless people squatting, one directly in front of HW station, the other one closer to the construction site. They both obstruct passageway and their squats look like piles of rubbish, including accompanying smell. The two homeless people will have fun a double bed mattress that somebody has chucked out and have put it outside near the station using it as a bed this is disgraceful and humane someone should help these people. But meanwhile this is causing antisocial behavior which Hackney council management should deal with. Head of antisocial behavior hackney council estate safety officer Wayne Hylton should be ashamed of their self's allowing this to happen.
