Large tree being felled in rear garden of No 31

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7103658.

I thought we were in a conservation area and trees could not be cut down without planning consent The large tree in back garden of No 31 has just been felled and has fallen partly across the garden fence of No 29. I live in No 27, it hasnt hit our fence.
