Dear local area manager could you please address this anti-social behavior taking place at this location on the public balcony outside 60 Berkshire Rd, London E9 5LU at 17:40pm two black females in the 20 to 30s years of age were smoking skunk, cannabis, on the public landing communal area. Causing alarm and distress to other residents and leaseholders And the stench of the drugs was making residence feel ill. Also small children live in this block this is bang out of order But Hackney council seemed to do nothing about antisocial behaviour because they are incompetent at their jobs or Overwhelmed with antisocial behaviour in the borough of Hackney making it the normal behavior.
