Dear housing offices Simon Priscilla,Denise corbin can you please address this anti-social behavior of a resident Dainty way E9 5JJ who is fly tipping a large single mattress,base frame from his property, one of his tenants who he leases a room to in the garden shed in his bungalow has chucked old tenants mattress out,household items. resident seen fly tipping the bed mattress and frame at 8:30pm.when people are sleeping so Patrick & his lodger is not caught or seen.This resident is fly tipping at the expense of Hackney council. Hackney council seemed to tolerate this behaviour and enjoy cleaning up other people's fly tip mess maybe hackney council got too much money to waste on fly tippers. This is antisocial behaviour please do your duty and your job. Incompetent estate managers lazy workers.
