Resident target vulnerable people because they have nothing better to do.Problem Resident with possible mental health. The new resident of 3 Southmoor Way has been very disruptive in the area. She is aggressive and abusive to people (specifically to me on 3 occasions) and scatters rubbish around the area as she does not want it in the area near her flat.
