A local resident at 06 Brinkworth Way has had a large delivery of building material for a project on her bungalow garden and landscaping delivered inside Osborne road garages on the public pathway that leads from Osborne road garages public footpath to Brinkworth way causing an obstruction to residents. Also debris from the large building materials that has been delivered is causing a large mess around the local garage area sand and large pebbles on the floor which caused damaged to residents leaseholders cars who are renting garages from the hackney council. Local tradesmen of blocking residents garages on a daily basis why the work is going on because Hackney council can't be bothered to pay and get the barrier gate fixed on Osborne road which will solve all these issues. This is causing alarm and distressed to residence. Hackney council please get your act together and deal with these issues it's unfair on residents. Dare local area managers Simon Priscilla, Denise Corbin,local area garage team Randall Kerry could you please address this ongoing issue for a number of years where Hackney council cannot be bothered to get the barrier gate fixed on Osborne road which is causing anti-social behavior on a daily basis i.e unauthorized vehicles entering all Hours, hire vans and delivery vans blocking residents and leaseholders garages on a daily basis preventing them from accessing the garage they are leasing from Hackney council. Residence and leaseholders are fed up of Hackney council's behavior causing ill health and antisocial behavior to residents and leaseholders on the Trowbridge estate by not doing their duty and getting the barrier gate fixed and dealing with the issues which have been reported a number of times. Residence and leaseholders are considering not paying their rent on the garages until Hackney council get the barrier gate fix to prevent this anti-social behavior from happening.some residents and leaseholders are considering handing their tenancy agreement for the garage and terminating it just because they cannot use their garage because unauthorised vehicles and delivery vehicles are blocking their garages on a daily basis causing them distress. Residents and leaseholders pay their rent on a weekly basis and they have to put up with this anti-social behavior from Hackney council. Free parking at Osborne road garages on match days. please arrive early seen as there is only five parking bays in the car park for the taking because Hackney council have made it a free parking zone now. Hackney council worker quote Parking in this section of Trowbridge Estate, known as Mallard Close, Osborne road garages, is not controlled by Hackney Council. As such the signage was removed by the hackney Parking Department. Whoever had this bright idea to remove the enforcement signs from Osborne road garages z55 zone. If that's the case hackney council should remove all the z55 zones from all the car parks this is going to cause so much antisocial behavior at Osborne road garages because of hackney council actions. Therefore the car park is not enforced and you're going to have local travellers taking advantage of this i.e cloning vehicles, stolen vehicles, abandon vehicles, illegally parked vehicles, cars with no MOT, cars with no tax. Also the barrier gates on Osborne road has been reported to the repairs department Hackney council every department you can think of but still has not been fixed therefore unauthorised vehicles are entering at all hours causing nuisance, delivery vans blocking residents leaseholders garages, Hackney council do not get the gate fixed but they are okay to take residence rent but don't do any work. Maybe Hackney council just like causing so much antisocial behavior and distressed to residents and leaseholders at the end of the day they go home with a wage they don't care get your act together.
