The bin outside apartments on Plough Yard was overflowing with rubbish and left wide open for rats and homeless to get in for at least three days 1, 2 &3 Feb. This is a disgrace.

  • Crew confirmed clearance and the bin placed back. The bin is placed out by the landlord and not the refuse crew.
