Distressed dogs

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7081196.

Several dogs at this location were howling all through last night, 2/2/25, and were still howling when I got home today. Apart from brief periods of quiet the dogs continue to howl They sound incredibly distressed and possibly injured.
