We needs signs to tell the bin men and residents of the block to put keep the lid on the bins at all times because of foxes and rats are getting in to bins every night and are making and absolutely disgusting mess out side on the ground floor it's horrible and unnecessary.

The block needs signs up reminding the residents of Belgrade House use the bins properly and not leave rubbish on the floor and lids open because rats and foxes are getting in are makeing an absolutely disgusting mess out the block and out are doors ways.
