Dear local aerial manager could you please address this issue of antisocial behavior where one of these residents at 21 or 22 Mallard close E9 5Jl have installed a legal CCTV camera overlooking the public courtyard of Mallard close invading lease holders and residents privacy using the CCTV to harass other residence. Those residents have no permission from the council to be doing this they think they are above the council because they work for TRA..
