Rubbish bins from tenants in 52

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7033190.

The tenants living in the apartments from no.52 leave their bin bags in the alley instead the designated space at any hour or in front of the access gate. Please send them a letter to remind them the place and the hour of rubbish disposal.
