Broken lock on hangar 2255

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7009258.

Lock has been broken on this hangar for months. Emailed council hangar email countless times. Never fixed despite one day fix claims. Constant broken promises on deadlines. I pay money now to not be able to access my bike. Complete joke
