No heat and hot water is not HOT HOT

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7008261.

The heating and hot water is NOT working like it should be. The HOT tap at its HOTTEST is not HOT at all it’s lukewarm / almost cold. The heating is NOT working radiators are COLD and it’s freezing !
