Lighting in Banbury Rd garages

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7001769.

I have asked on many occasions that the lighting timer be adjusted. At the moment the lights are on from3pm to 9am. 5pm until 7.30am would be perfectly adequate,now the days are getting longer.There are 19 large lights. A lot of electricity is being wasted
