Overflowing bin and recycling bin taken off near N4 2ET

As shown in the pictures, the bin outside my flat is overflowing and it has been like this for over a week. The waste has been piling up, creating an unhygienic environments and attracting pests. Also, our recycling bin has been taken for over 2 weeks.
