Dear local Hackney council please stop closing reports when you have not dealt with the issues. This shows help me council's behaviour lazy and incompetent. Dead trees overgrown bushes that can fall on resident or leaseholders. Hackney council closed.ASB

The Gardening Supervisor attended the site to find it is maintained to an acceptable standard. We don't actually maintain this area , it is being maintained by local residents and we are happy with the work they do. The photos provided show no evidence of the issues reported rendering the case to be closed. Taking and publishing photos of Hackney employees without their permission is a breach of their privacy and contravenes the Data Protection Act 1998. You can report concerns about resident behaviour to your Housing Officer at neighbourhood@hackney.gov.uk and you can report concerns about litter to your Estate Cleaners at cleaner.estates@hackney.gov.uk.
