The Gardening Supervisor attended the site to find it is maintained to an acceptable standard. We don't actually maintain this area , it is being maintained by local residents and we are happy with the work they do. The photos provided show no evidence of the issues reported rendering the case to be closed. Taking and publishing photos of Hackney employees without their permission is a breach of their privacy and contravenes the Data Protection Act 1998.
