A silver Mercedes is parked illegally on a private parking spot in the garage under Lockwood house E5 9RE. The car is covered with cloth, filled with rubbish and has damaged front. The vehicle is also untaxed.

  • Hello, The Nuisance Vehicle Team has received your report, unfortunately we are unable to remove this vehicle due to the vehicle in question being parked in a underground car park on private land that is not covered by abandoned vehicle policy. Please contact your housing association for further assistance/advice for private enforcement of abandoned vehicles inside your car park.
