Sent to Hackney Council 4 minutes later
The 3m high wall at the northwest corner of Butterfield Green is in dangerous condition, shedding bricks and pieces of cement from the top. It needs to be stabilised urgently before somebody is injured.
You should contact building control directly for dangerous structures: http://www.hackney.gov.uk/ bc-dangerous-structures.htm#.VhJBVG_iuMA
They can enforce against other parts of the council, as well as the general public, and if the structure really is dangerous they won't be influenced by the state of the parks department budget.
Not from the council.
