Neighbour burning plastic

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6974343.

137 Kyverdale Road is burning garden waste which seems to include plastic in their back garden. The smell is toxic and the smoke looks dangerous. We've asked them to stop but it's still going an hour later and stinking our house out.
