Excessive beeping in a morning

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6961624.

A number of residents between 7.30 -9.39 beep their vehicles for no reason. Traffic is very bad near the shops and instead of abiding by traffic laws cars beep constantly to the point it wake up residents. This happens near school time and on an evening
