Ice on pavements

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6961051.

Rowley gardens pavements early mornings are cover in ice. Also due to water flowing in same parts of the estate , make dangerous and easy to fall. That happened to me this morning getting out of the building and I'm with crutches
