Fox poo everywhere due to fox infestation

The estate is filled with fox poo everywhere due to the fact there's a group of foxes living in the backgarden of 1678 Clarence road and they have free access to the trash bin. Estate cleaners seem to ignore picking up the fox poo, it stays there for days
