Not taking recycling and general waste (either)

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6958595.

Recycling and general waste is not being taken by the waste service. It's really disappointing because they will pick and choose to what they want to take - sometimes some of the recycling and not all. This is even though it is correctly bagged.
