Lift not working for days

Sent to Hackney Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6950149.

The lift at Pitcairn house has not been working for 5 days. My father has issues with his eye and had no other option but to use the stairs which are always wet due to water dripping down the stairway from windows and walls. He fell and hit his head/leg.
